J. Kadarian Tower

The J. Kadarian Tower is a skyscraper located at Grenzstadt serving as the tallest tower at the town as it reached at the height limit, consisting 14 floors. Designed and built by Janoskadar1991. Construction started in mid-February 2026 with full construction taking place on March 4 2026 and fully completed on March 5 2026. The tower is known for having a clear view of Grenzstadt with its outdoor observatory and a restaurant located at the 14th floor called "Windows Of Grenzstadt". It also has a floor dedicated for conferences at the 13th floor along with a library at the 12th floor called "Library of Grenzstadt".

Observatory which lets you have a clear view of Grenzstadt.

The tower featured a 2 floor lobby which its floors and ceiling is made with Red, white wool along with snow blocks and glowstones. The tower have two elevators and two stairs. At the very rooftop of the tower is the Outdoor observatory which lets you have a clear view of Grenzstadt.

Windows Of Grenzstadt

Is a restaurant located at the 14th floor of the tower. It is modeled after the real life World Trade Center North Towers Windows of the World which was located at the 106th and 107th floor.

The tower was built as a combined concept by Janoskadar of which the Windows of the World of the North Tower and the Outdoor Observatory of the South tower of which he combined in design which resulted with the J. Kadarian tower. Originally it was suppose to be twin towers but due to the space being small and not able to acomodate a second tower and financial strain the design changed.
