Grenzstadt (formerly Filder) is a town near the southern world border. It was founded by 16.png KingDaKa4 and is owned by him.

History

Founding and Inactivity

Grenzstadt was created on April 24th, 2025 when 16.png KingDaKa4 decided to start a settlement far from spawn close to the world border. After several days of walking and searching, he found the perfect spot to settle down. 16.png KingDaKa4 then proceeded to dig out a hole down to Bedrock and sealed it with glass. He sold the excavated materials to finance the founding of the settlement, which he named Filder.

After digging out the hole, 16.png KingDaKa4 built several farm buildings. However, when he suddenly disappeared one day in early July 2025, all activity in Filder ceased for the rest of the year.

Revival and Growth

At the end of December 2025, 16.png KingDaKa4 returned to the server. Shortly after his equally sudden return, he decided that the farm buildings he had built back then had to go. He also chose to rename Filder to Grenzstadt.

Grenzstadt began a period of serious growth in late January and early February 2026, rising from a tribe of 5 members to a town of over 30 in less than a week.
