Old Map

Prior to BetaMC opening to the public in January of 2025, there was a catastrophic drive failure that led to the original map being completely corrupted. The map that people know today, is actually the 2nd BetaMC map. Few people have ever seen the old map, and fewer yet have any screenshots of it.

Spawn Cathedral

According to aq2a, the original map's spawn was a massive cathedral built by himself and Orknarok_666. Similar to how modern day spawn town is artificially lowered, this spawn too was also lowered, to fit the spawn cathedrals large spires. Inside, the cathedral contained the admin shop, which originally included the ability to sell stacks of flint for $400! (This was removed quite quickly)

Fer Town

Interestingly enough, the first town to ever be made on both of the BetaMC maps was SvGaming234's Fer. Not much is known about Map 1 Fer, but it did have a number of homes built in it.
