VanillaCake__, often shortened to Vanilla, is an active trial-mod and server donator. He is best known for being the first assistant in Grenzstadt and for creating a series of puzzles within his builds.

Player History

Initial Discovery

VanillaCake__ discovered BetaMC in the early morning of January 31st, 2026. Within a few hours, he had founded his personal base, Shiverdale in some snowy plains. Later that day, he chose to join KingDaKa4's small village of Grenzstadt, interested in making something bigger out of the 5-player tribe.

Developing Grenzstadt

Whilst VanillaCake__ originally planned to focus on Shiverdale, he grew hooked on the idea of turning Grenzstadt into one of the server's largest towns whilst constructing his first build in Grenzstadt, the City Hall. Two days later, VanillaCake__ became Grenzstadt's first assistant as recognition for his activity in building and terraforming in the area. By the end of VanillaCake__'s first week as assistant, Grenzstadt had grown from a 5-player Tribe to a 30-player Town.

From there on, VanillaCake__ built various important and iconic structures in Grenzstadt, such as the Spawn Terrace/Castle, the City Vault, the Palasfeld Wall, and his notoriously incomplete Manor. He also terraformed most of the flatlands upon which other players built, wrote Grenzstadt's rules, and created Grenzcord. During this time, he also successfully applied to become a server staff member.
